Heidi is an AI-powered assistant designed to help you effortlessly manage medications for yourself or your loved ones through natural, conversational interactions.You can contact us by email at info@heidimed.com.These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ('you'), and HeidiMed, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY. Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the 'Last updated' date of these LegalTerms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.    HeidiMed undertakes to treat all information that becomes accessible in connection with the use of the program as strictly confidential. The collection and use of users' personal data also takes place in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. The user can receive information about the stored data free of charge at any time and is entitled to request the blocking and deletion of his data. Inquiries for information as well as deletion, correction or blocking requests must be sent in writing via email to info@heidimed.com. The same applies to the revocation of consent or objections to the use of data.HeidiMed expressly points out that the Internet does not allow absolute data security despite all the technical and organisational measures that HeidiMed uses in accordance with the statutory provisions. HeidiMed is not liable for actions by third parties.

7. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Services.We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. HeidiMed and yourself both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, which means that you may make a claim to defend your consumer protection rights in regards to these Legal Terms in Germany, or in the EU country in which you reside.

   There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
